We’re brewing our favorite potions for Halloween. This herbal Green Monster will be a favorite of the witches and zombies.

Ingredients

Serves 1

1/2 ounce of Green Chartreuse

1 ounce of fresh lime juice

1 ounce of simple syrup

2 ounces of gin

Ginger beer

Lime wheel

How To Mix

Green Monster

Place the Green Chartreuse , lime juice, simple syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker with ice. Gin can be replaced with vodka if you fancy. Shake for twenty seconds. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel. Cheers!
